Kim Miller, M.D., Joins Practice

We are thrilled to welcome Kim Miller, M.D., internal medicine physician, to our practice. Formerly with Alliance Primary Care in Mason, Dr. Miller is the sixth provider to join the practice since it opened in July 2002. She will begin seeing patients on March 2.
 
A cum laude graduate of Harvard University, Dr. Miller earned her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, where she later served as assistant professor of medicine for seven years. She completed her internal medicine training at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Boston and St. Vincent's Hospital in New York, N.Y., and became board certified in 1992 (recertified in 2002).
 
Since 1994, Miller has served as a co-investigator for the Women's Health Initiative, a program of the National Institutes of Health created with the goal of conducting medical research into some of the major health problems of older women. Over the years, she has been involved in a number of studies, including a 4,000-patient investigation of post-menopausal hormone replacement. 
 
She and her husband, cardiologist Eugene Chung, M.D., live in Hyde Park with their two children.
