Health and Keeping Fit by Erica Ehm
|

|
 | You can lose your money, your job, your friends, even your figure, but the one thing you don't ever want to disappear is your health. Since having kids, my worst nightmares revolve around being ill and unable to care for my family - and worse - having anyone in my immediate circle forced to deal with a serious medical problem.
When my girlfriend called to tell me they found "irregular cells" in her mammogram, she urged me to make an appointment for myself (she's fine, by the way!). Here's the irony: I'm always reminding everyone else to make sure they make 'me time' and to "take care of yourself". This year I haven't been doing a very good job of looking after myself.
Sound familiar? Then grab a green tea latte and check out these nourishing and nutrient-filled articles and about Health and Keeping Fit written by moms and dads who have gotten fit, gone to flab and picked themselves up again. Because at the end of the day, our health should be No. 1.

 | A Good Multiple Until recently, I never suggested a brand of multi-vitamins. Oh, sure, in practice, I make the argument for them all of the time for numerous reasons. In addition to a multi, I always encourage people to supplement their diet with probiotics which are essential for a healthy immune system. Multibionta, a multi-vitamin with probiotics that has been available in Europe for over 10 years and is its number one selling brand has been introduced to Canada. Here's why I'm finally recommending a multi-vitamin to my clients and readers and why it's Multibionta. Click for more... |
