Is it possible? Are things starting to shift in the mummy-sphere?
Two years ago we asked moms to submit articles about how they play. The response was disappointing - most articles focused on the challenges of building in me-time. Last month we tried again. We invited women with kids to share their playtime tales and the response was overwhelming.
Suddenly moms seem to getting out of house, often guilt-free, with girlfriends, hubbies, and on their own. Hobbies, self expression, adventure and passion are creeping into the sidebar job description of mom. Moms are getting Mischievous and their kids are all the better for it.
This month, we are thrilled to share the tricks, tips and tales of busy, multi-tasking moms who are making me time a priority and proudly declaring there is more to motherhood than being somebody's mother.

Yummy Event: Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend

Last year, Yummy Mummy Club founder Erica Ehm started running, and 'cuz running alone sucks, she convinced a few friends, bloggers and twitter pals to train with her to run the Midsummer Night's Run, a 15km race in Toronto. TeamYMC was officially born!
Everyone on Team YMC finished the 15km race and crossed the finish line feeling invigorated and ready to take on the world! Now this year we're going bigger and better!
