Hello Friends of Parlando,   

 

Join us on Saturday, September 15th, 6:30-9:00pm for an evening of music, food, drink and support of the students and faculty of Parlando.  We will hear student performances and Christine and I will be performing the piano duet version of Gershwin's quintessential American masterpiece, "Rhapsody in Blue." 

 

 

In addition to hosting us in their beautiful home, Joe and Susan Brooker have generously underwritten the event.  Food will be provided by Restaurant 4580 with wine and beer donated by Superior Liquor.  The first $15,000 we raise will be matched dollar-for-dollar by a generous challenge grant created by our friends at the Wolf Family Foundation, the Ida Fund of the Community Foundation Serving Boulder County and the Bright Mountain Foundation.  All of the funds we raise will go directly toward our Tuition Assistance and Outreach Programs.

Here's how it works:

Any donations we receive in association with the Brooker House Party/Fundraiser will enter the donor's name to win the wine.  AND, these donations will also count toward our $15,000 challenge grant.  We will draw the winning ticket at the Brooker's home on 9/15 (winners need not be present).

Here are the donation/raffle ticket levels:

• $5,000 donation: 500 tickets
• $2,500 donation: 200 tickets
• $1,000 donation: 60 tickets
• $750 donation: 40 tickets
• $500 donation: 25 tickets
• $250 donation: 10 tickets
• $100 donation: 3 tickets
• $50 donation: 1 ticket
