Four-week Beginner Series - Level 1
Our Four-Week Beginner Series includes:
- Pole Primer - our foundation class will teach you pole safety, correct body alignment and pole grips, and the AlphaKitten Method® starter routine.
- Foundation dance moves - these will focus more on sensuality than fitness.
- Learning at your own pace - we'll keep track of what you've learned and help you individually, making sure you're comfortable, moving properly, and advancing when ready.
- A solid dance or fitness base - once you finish this series, you can choose to take fitness classes for seductive workouts or pole dancing classes to feel really sexy.
