Do you know the buzz about the TYPE-C, Silica Hydride based HPLC Columns?

I know there are so many HPLC columns on the market today and everyone claims to be the best in class. I am very proud to introduce you to the Cogent brand of columns that are first in class. These silica-hydride based columns are truly an evolution in particle technology and that is why we named them TYPE-C.

Click on one of the links below and see how these columns are different from what you already have and what they can do for you today or in one of your future methods. Learn how to retain polar compounds in RP. It will not be a waste of time.

Retain Polar and Non Polar Compounds in the same runs.
Aqueous Normal Phase is a Very Different Mechanism from HILIC.
Metformin Glyb

Retaining compounds that are very polar like metformin is a challenge for other HPLC Columns but not for the Cogent Bidentate C18... These chromatograms are isocratic runs.

This real life example shows how these columns might be useful for you.

In RP separate sugars. Great LCMS Application.

CarbohydratesThese columns are used in many laboratories for HPLC with 100% Aqueous since there is no loss of RT over time.

In this application you can see how very difficult to retain carbohydrates are retained and separated...reproducibly and reliably.
