Retain Polar and Non Polar Compounds in the same runs.
Aqueous Normal Phase is a Very Different Mechanism from HILIC. |
|
Retaining compounds that are very polar like metformin is a challenge for other HPLC Columns but not for the Cogent Bidentate C18... These chromatograms are isocratic runs.
This real life example shows how these columns might be useful for you.

Carbohydrate Application... using 100% Water. |
| In RP separate sugars. Great LCMS Application.
These columns are used in many laboratories for HPLC with 100% Aqueous since there is no loss of RT over time.
In this application you can see how very difficult to retain carbohydrates are retained and separated...reproducibly and reliably.
