 | Future appointments with one click |
| You can see all future appointments for a patient by accessing the patient information screen. This makes it simple to answer the question, "When are my next appointments?" |
| Enter any appointment name you like |
We added the ability to enter "non-patient" appointments such as free time, vacation, out-of-office, or anything else you like without automatically creating a patient record.
Non-patient appointments will also automatically be excluded from billing, so you don't have to worry about cluttering up your billing with non-billable appointment entries. |
| Enter amounts paid at session |
You can now enter any payments the patient has made at the time of the appointment by entering them right into the calendar.
Amounts you enter in the calendar will automatically be sent to billing along with the related session record. |
| Remove recurring appointments |
When you scheduling recurring appointments with patients and those appointments change, you can now remove the old appointments.
When a patient needs to modify a regular weekly, monthly or daily appointment, you can easily remove the future scheduled appointments and create a new set of recurring appointments. |
