On April 14th, John Christie and Titus de Boer, Owner/Managing Director of Lucayan Realty opened HGChristie's first affiliate office outside of the Bahamas.

Rose Island
Marina Basin Update
Work has begun on phase one of the project, with the harbour being worked on in a big way to be open in about 18 months.
Once construction has finished, Rose Island's harbour will be one of the largest marina basins in the Caribbean. The developers are creating two islands in the middle of the harbour as well as a marina village, numerous docks, and many canal front lots with docks. Once complete the Ritz Carlton Rose Island will be home to a Five Star boutique resort, with estate homes, villas, and exquisite condominiums. The inaugural launch of these opportunities is scheduled for later this year. This is the opportunity to purchase lots previously sold in phase one of the development that have come back on the market. With prices starting at about $1,450,000, these lots represent great value.
In our opinion, the land values for Ritz Carlton Rose Island will increase in a similar fashion to the way the properties increased at the Ocean Club, where properties that started 8 years ago at $1.4 million are selling at around $5.5 million.
