I don't know about you, but Spring Fever has started early for me. While the inventory of mod homes has been fairly light, I'm hoping that the gorgeous weather will mean more homes coming onto the market earlier than usual this year.
Of course, there are some gems out there and not all of them will be found on the "traditional" market. So, if there is a neighborhood you have your eye on, but nothing ever seems to come available, please let me know. Discriminating owners won't sell to just anyone and they don't want troops of looky-loos invading their home.
