Cabin Fever Antiques Fair

If you're not a winter outdoor person, taking advantage of skiing, ice skating or snowshoeing, you may be itching to get out. The Helena Civic Center is hosting the Cabin Fever Antiques Fair on January 14 & 15. Saturday hours are 10-5 and Sunday hours are 10-4. Stroll the beautiful (warm & dry) Helena Civic Center as you scout out the best antique deals. For more information on the Antiques Fair call 406-442-5595.

Register Now for 2012 Archie Bray Foundation Workshops

The Archie Bray Foundation for the Ceramic Arts is a public, nonprofit, educational institution founded in 1951 by brickmaker Archie Bray, who intended it to be "a place to make available for all who are seriously and sincerely interested in any of the branches of the ceramic arts, a fine place to work." Its primary mission is to provide an environment that stimulates creative work in ceramics.

In line with this mission, the Archie Bray Foundation offers a variety of workshops throughout the year. These workshops range from two to five days and cover topics such as "New Forms to Finish: Soda Firing" and the "Psychologically Charged Figure." Workshops run from March through October.
