Obama's Bait and Switch - Supreme Court Rules On Obamacare
President Obama's lawyers have managed to get Obamacare through the Supreme Court, but how they did it reveals the utter untruthfulness of President Obama, himself.
While President Obama was declaring to the public that Obamacare was not a tax or a tax increase, his lawyers were cleverly making the case to the Supreme Court that it was a tax and that Congress had unlimited power to tax.
The ruling from the Supreme Court is disappointing, but the President lying to the American People about this is unforgivable.

Gainesville Mayor Craig Lowe's Fantasy Land

Gainesville Mayor Craig Lowe released a statement, through the President, earlier this week, touting Gainesville as a model of economic cooperation and job growth.
The facts are much different than Mayor Lowe's fantasy.
After having been a Mayor or a Commissioner on the Gainesville City Commission for 9 years, the median household income in Gainesville is $17,625 less than the state average, and the number of persons living below the poverty level is 250% higher than the Florida average (census.gov quickfacts).
In addition, under Mayor Lowe's leadership, Gainesville Regional Utilities has become the costliest utility in the state for its rate payers, and due to one of the most extravagant green energy deals ever conceived, is poised to become the most expensive electricity in the country, in the near future, for Gainesville's already struggling citizens.
Perhaps our national leaders shouldn't look to Mayor Craig Lowe for advice on how to grow an economy. |

Victory Headquarters
Once again, the Alachua County Republican Executive Committee Headquarters will be a coordinated Victory Office. Victory operations will be up and running by Monday, July 2nd and we will be pushing hard toward the November 6th election.
 Starting July 2nd, headquarters will be open from 9:00 A.M. until about 8:00 at night for phone banking, picking up bumper stickers, yard signs, t-shirts, etc.
We need your help! One-to-one voter contact will be an important key in winning the elections, this year. Republicans calling other Republicans is going to be more important than ever. Come to headquarters and make phone calls, or we can give you call sheets to call from home.
