Two In Gainesville City Commission Run-offs

Two great Republicans made it into the Gainesville City Commission run-offs.  They are Todd Chase in District 2 and Rob Zeller in District 3.  They both ran excellent campaigns, and their messages resonated with a lot of people, in their distrcits.

The run-off is on April 12th, and nothing should be taken for granted.  Their are only 14,000 Republican households in the City of Gainesville.  Both of these races are winnable, but no votes can be left on the table.  It is going to take a tedious level of voter to voter contact and grassroots effort to put these in the bag.

Please call Todd and Rob and ask them how you can help, or feel free to call us at the Republican Party and ask how you can help with our efforts to get out the vote and poll watch.

District 2:

Todd Chase - http://www.votechase.com

Todd is a great guy with wonderful conservative credentials.  He is a businessman and is raising his kids right in District 2.  Todd is smart, understands Gainesville and would make a fantastic commissioner.

District 3

Rob Zeller - http://www.robzeller.com

Rob came here to go to school, in the early 90's and decided to stay to build a business and a life.  Rob is a chemical engineer, by education, and he is successful restaurant owner.  Rob has a deep understanding of Gainesville government and will do a fantastic job.

Unsung Heroes  - Don Marsh and Robert Krames

Don Marsh and Robert Krames did a great job of taking conservative and common sense ideas to the public.  Running for office is not an easy task.  Not only does it eat up your own money and other resources, but you expose every part of your life, your ideas and  your ideology to criticism.

Send an an email to Don and Robert, today, and tell them thank you for helping to carry the banner of new ideas and new directions.

Email Robert at Robert@ElectRobertKrames.com

Robert and Don, thank you, very much.

The Pirate Party!

The Alachua County Republican Party is proud to announce a grand summer event.

Pirate FlaggOn Saturday, May 7th, we are hosting a Pirate Party in honor Alachua County's most prolific pillagers and plunderers, Mike Byerly, Paula DeLaney and Rodey Long.  We doubt that they will show up, but we are going to honor The Taxing Three for their ability to simultaneously tax us into oblivion and create a $400 million road repair deficit at the same time.

The Pirate Party is going to be a fish fry with a live band, tea, beer and wine and is going to be held at the beautiful Prarie Creek Lodge east of Micanopy.  Adult tickets are $25 and child tickets (15 year or under) are $10.  You can get tickets by contacting the Alachua County Republican Executive Committee at 352-373-8500 or going to Beaty Restaurant Equipment and Supplies at 1206 North Main Street in Gainesville.  Tickets will also go on sale, very soon, on our website.
