Aldila RIP
  Aldila RIP Golf Shaft
The new Aldila RIP shaft is now shipping. The RIP has been tearing it up on the PGA Tour since it's Tour introduction last year and was in the bag last week (driver and fairway) of the new member of the 59 club (and champ of the Greenbrier Classic). I've updated my launch and spin chart at http://www.clubmaker-online.com/products/aldila.launch.html . It's a nice chart showing how each piece of the Aldila shaft puzzle fits in comparison to one another. Looks like the RIP fits in the low spin/mid-low launch zone, great for you heavy hitters and rainmakers looking to bring your ball trajectory down a bit. I should have some technical information from Aldila's tech/shaft design guru on exactly what makes the RIP tick for all of you that enjoy the gory details on this sort of thing.

I designed a protective Iphone Skin using the RIP Skull and Crossbones. I'll give a freebie RIPSkin (fits Iphone 3G/3GS, other models to come) for the first dozen RIP orders along with free shipping to lower 48. I'll also pass along a nifty RIP wallpaper for you Iphone/Ipad.

SK Fiber Wedge Force

Congrats to Kyler Ries, this week's winner of the SK Fiber Wedge Force shaft. Thanks to SK for the great contest. It's a great looking shaft with a black chrome paint treatment. It's very low torque and is offered in 100, 110, and 120 gram models (they get stiffer as the weight increases). It's got quite a soft feel for such a low torque shaft. Looking into the tip of the shaft, you'll notice that it's almost solid composite! Here's a little info from SK: The Wedge Force features an innovative new composite mixture that delivers superior strength, soft feel and exceptional oscillation stability.

The price on the Wedgeforce is $34.95. Great price, great shaft. For prices on the entire SK Fiber line, go here http://www.clubmaker-online.com/products/sk.html

MOI Golf Irons

Nice looking new blade design from MOI. I don't have the final component price yet, send me a note and I'll email later today. Here's the information from MOI: Mid-cut blade iron design for enhanced control and precision. Low center of gravity for solid feel and stability at impact. Thin topline for confident setups. CNC milled grooves and face for high accuracy. Cambered sole minimizes ground contact and promotes ease of gliding through turf. Minimal offset look that shot-makers prefer PVD plating for great look, easy setup, and alignment.

Material ---- 304 Stainless steel, Hosel I.D. -- 0.370 coned, Hosel O.D. -- 13.5mm, Finish ------ Black PVD

Harrison Saga

I noticed an uptick in sales of the Harrison Saga in the past week. I think the word is finally getting out on this at the online golf equipment forums. I like the new Harrison Eclipse, too. Designed for pure distance (the Saga more control and distance). Eclipse is here http://www.clubmaker-online.com/harrison.eclipse.html , Saga is here http://www.clubmaker-online.com/newtit.htm

Harrison has released a new driver that features the Saga. Adjustable hosel, dual face design, high end investment cast. All the bells and whistles on this great looking driver.
