Just added the new MOI Darkside driver head
to my catalog.
It's got a cast body and cup face design.
Face is black Ti-CN "point-of-impact" coated
face. It's got all the goodies that some of
the premium manufacturers use but it's
available as a component head (no assembled
only restrictions) at a decent price. They're
reporting VERY low spin rates with this head.
Really nice gloss black paint treatment with
mirror black sole and a very tradition look
at setup. I've only got a small picture
online, waiting for a better picture that
will do it justice.
I've built mine with an Accra XC65 to compare it with my gamer Nakashima/Accra XC65 combo (similar quality manufacture but not available as a component head). I'll report back once warm weather arrives in Michigan, probably August. :--( |

Advanced Golf had their 5 minutes of fame
when both their driver and fairway woods
received "best of" mention in Golf mag a few
years ago.
I've got a special running on their unique
Fairway Driver with a Graman CUL440 shaft.
This combination will especially appeal to
seniors and lady golfers as the fairway
driver has a nice high loft/high launch,
small head size at 240cc that is easy to hit,
a heat treated Aermet face (same as their
award winning fairway wood). The Graman
CUL440 shaft is very lightweight at 53 g, low
torque at 3.3 and uses premium materials for
feel and consistency.
I can also sell the head as a component and can offer just about any shaft made for those of you with stronger swingspeeds. |

Had a chance to install a few of the new
Energy Grips. All of their models feature an
innovative, proprietary design that solves
