Take Care Tips gives you 101 ten-minute strategies (PLUS bonus action plans for when you have a little more time) for how you can care for yourself while you take care of others.
Tips are organized into categories that make it easy for you to get quick help with tips that are important for YOU.
Jennifer will be on hand to sign copies of her book and to chat with you from 10-12 this Saturday, April 11th at our store at 672 Washington Road, Mt. Lebanon. A percentage of store sales will be donated to Family Hospice.
*is strained and stressed taking care of a chronically or critically ill parent or child.
*is running themselves ragged taking care of healthy members or friends.
*feels too overwhelmed to do anything to improve their mental and physical health.
*needs a supportive friend, but doesn't feel they have time to connect with others.
