Finding the perfect home site to build your dream home is the first step to building your dream. And now you're ready for step number two. But then you may realize that you're now faced with a very challenging position and several question come to mind like:
What are all the costs?
What size home to build?
Is it less expensive to build a two story or a one story home?
How long will it take to finish?
How much should be budgeted for the plumbing fixtures?
My wife recently gave birth to our third child, a sweet baby girl we named Kendall. With two older brothers ahead of her, my friend told me "Now you get to be a real Dad." He then qualified his statement with "Boys... they're easy to parent but raising girls now that's where you learn true patience."
I must admit I never really thought about the parenting differences between the two, but I am looking forward to it. Am I in trouble? Do you have any suggestions for me? Please feel free to share your insight.
