Tip of the Month - Fussy Eaters

Raw DietFussy eating can be a huge worry for owners, it will have the owners serving meals fit for a King!

Sometimes a dog won't eat until you are present in the room, others will pick at their food throughout the day.

If you relate this behaviour to a child who doesn't want to eat their vegetables, some parents will add something they know their child likes and mix it with the vegetables, this action, done often will cause the child to refuse the vegetables on the basis that something tastier will arrive on the plate. The dog is doing just that!

There is actually no such complaint as a fussy eating dog. Given the right information your dog can change this behaviour so you can go back to feeding your dog a balanced diet of dog food.

The information needed to help these dogs is part of the Amichien Bonding process.  Please visit my website www.talkingpaws.co.uk for more information.

Dog Workshops

Let the dogs do the talking!

How does your Dog's Mind Work?

Thinking DogDog workshops cover a wide range of aspects such as gaining and maintaining leadership, learning about your dog's body language and being able to successfully communicate with your dog without the need of force, pain or gadgets, making it possible to eliminate all non-medical behavioural problems.

These workshops are unique, as unlike the traditional training classes, these are specifically for you, the owner, enabling you to gain the most out of your time spent within the class, and then carrying out everything you have learnt from the comfort of your own home. This is far better for both you and your dog to enjoy communicating within your natural everyday home environment.

Holiday Dogs Dog Grooming

Walkies Dog Grooming (in association with Holiday Dogs) offers a grooming service with a personal touch. Offering a 1:1 service to all clients (both human and canine!) providing a calm and relaxed atmosphere at all times. With just one owner's dog each time ensures complete calm, care and relaxation for your pet pooch.

Equipment is of the latest technology including 'whisper quiet' hair dryers to help keep the more nervous doggies happy.

Also offered is a special 'puppy service', where young pups are introduced to the salon experience with a little wash, brush and blow dry, a light trim followed by a toe nail cut. Then as a special treat, your pup can have a 10 minute play with the Holiday Dogs Canine Crew, hosted by Eric (Cockerpoo) and Casper (Poodle cross), great for socialising pups within a controlled, relaxed and happy environment.

For a quality service with a personal touch, please call Mary-Ann on 07840 871547 or visit www.holidaydogs.blogspot.com
