2012 Positive Start

Dear Friends and Family,

      Happy New Year!  I hope that the holiday season was peaceful and heartwarming for each one of you.  It certainly was around here.  I am optimistic for positive happenings to occur en masse in the coming year. 

      Over the past couple of weeks, several helpful elves have been working to get the studio super-clean and organized to give us a good start to our 2012 class schedule.  I am very excited to have a couple of new teachers and several new classes!

           Thank you for believing in Positive Energy!  May the Force be with You.  And... as Garrison Keillor says on the Writers' Almanac, "Be well, do good work, and keep in touch."

Especially exciting are the following new classes:

"Beat Boys" (Hip Hop 1) ages 8+   Wednesdays 4:30 with Stefan

 

Jazz 1 (4:30) and Tap 1 (5:30) for teens & adults, Mondays with Michelle 

We sell affordable, good-quality jazz & tap shoes.

  

Cheernastics ~ Tumbling for cheerleading;  round-offs, handsprings, aerials, et cetera.

Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm

LOOKING BACK ON 2011

It is good to enjoy past accomplishments as well as future plans.  Once again, a HUGE load of gratitude to all of the parents and performers who made these showings possible!

  

In 2011, we performed at (and/or supported) these local events:

   *March of Dimes' March for Babies

   *Carson City High School's Annual Health Fair

   *Carson City Airport's Open House

   *Nevada Day Parade

   *Boys and Girls Club Annual BBQ/fundraiser

   *Sierra Place of Retirement

   *Relay for Life (American Cancer Society)

   *Angel Tree Project for local foster children

   *Reno Bighorns basketball team's first home

     game of the season...our first halftime show!

...and OUR annual recital at the Carson City Community Center.  It was AWESOME!

Now, we are looking forward to

making 2012 a GreatSuperFantastic year!
