The Award applications can now be downloaded from the Youth Ministry website. They are due back to the Youth Ministry Staff by January 27, 2012.

Awards will be given out at each parish's designated Regional Rally. For more information, please download the awards applications.

NEW! Regional Rally ONLINE Registration is now OPEN!
A few things to note:
- $30/per youth
- $10/per t-shirt (optional)
- Payment must be submitted by CHECK to the Youth Ministry Staff.
- If your group plans to attend more than one rally, you must fill out the online form again, since your participant numbers and t-shirt sizes may vary per Rally.
- We will NOT be printing name tags, so you do not need to submit a list of all of your group's participants.
-You may submit a paper form for Registration if you do not wish to register online.
