Limited Immigration Coordinator availability in August

Oxley Hall Immigration coordinators with the Office of International Affairs are currently welcoming new international students to Ohio State at Check-In and Orientation. They will have limited availability to meet with students from August 13 until August 15, which means that students may have to wait a long time in order to meet with an Immigration Coordinator. There will be no advising on Thursday, August 16 or Friday, August 17.

Due to these increased wait times, students are encouraged to consult the Office of International Affairs website at oia.osu.edu to find answers to routine questions, and come to advising only for emergencies. The Office of International Affairs will still be accepting approved document drop offs, which include Employment Verification letters, Travel Signature Request forms, Columbus State Transient Student forms and Reduced Course Load: Final forms.

Normal advising hours will resume on Monday, August 20.
