The Northwest Regional Libraries will be closed on Monday, September 3, for the Labor Day Holiday. 

 

In the Hallock Library this week:

In the Red Lake Falls Library this week:

September 4, Story time at 11:00 a.m.

September 6, Movie Night at 5:00 p.m. 

         

In the Thief River Falls Library this week:  
September 4, Story time at 9:30 a.m.   

September 6, Story Time at 6:45 p.m. Family Night at 7:00 p.m. "Labor Day" 

September 8, Saturday Movie at 2:00 p.m. Enjoy a movie on the big screen with FREE theater style popcorn!

L3 Libraries 

Warren

The Otto Bremer Foundation is sponsoring L3: Bremer Rural Libraries and Literacy Leadership Institute (L3), a pilot program focused on building the leadership capacity of Minnesota's rural libraries and literacy programs.  

 

The Warren-Godel Memorial Library applied to be considered as one of the participants in this partnership, and was one of six Minnesota Libraries selected to be a L3 Library! As a participant in the L3 program two people from the Warren-Godel Memorial Library will participate in training sessions that will work on building the leadership capacity of their library or literacy program.  

 

Congratulations to the Warren-Godel Memorial Library! We are very excited to see what great skills and ideas they bring back from this fantastic training opportunity.

   

   

Katherine Dahlstrom 

Thief River Falls
The Thief River Falls Library is partnering with Pioneer 90.1 to bring yet another great Minnesota Author to our library! Thief River Falls Native Katherine Dahlstrom will be at the Thief River Falls Library on Monday, September 10, at 7:00 p.m. to talk about her latest book Children of Angels, the first book in her new series Nephilim, for nine to fourteen- year-olds.
