Your NWRL On-Line Account

NWRL

Did you know that you can check your library account from the comfort of your own home? All you need is your library card number and PIN number. Go to the NWRL website http://nwrlib.org and click on "Account" to access a wealth of data on your personal account.

Don't have a PIN number? Your local librarian would be more than happy to set one up for you. Or, when you're at the log-in screen at your computer, enter your barcode, leave the PIN field blank and click "submit." You will be redirected to a page that lets you enter a PIN.

What can you find on your online library account:

1. Review the books and materials you currently have checked out and find  when they're due. This is especially helpful for parents with small children to keep track of books, DVDs and other materials checked out.

2. Renew materials when you're going to be out of town and don't have time to run by the library to renew them. When you're logged into your account, view your current check-outs. To renew a book check the box and then click the "renew selection," or just "renew all."

2. Check requests you have on hold to see when they will be filled. Also, you can cancel your requests when you no longer wish to receive the materials.  If you have your email address on file with the library you will receive an electronic notice when your books have arrived and are ready to be picked up.

4. Track books you have previously read. Simply turn on the feature "Reading History " and you can create a list of all books you checked out from this date forward. Print the list and take it with you the next time you visit the library!

 5. Change your address or phone number. Have you recently changed your address? phone number? email address? You can quickly and easily update your contact information in the "modify personal information" section.
