Science Days

Warren Library

Science Time started Wednesday, June 29, at the Warren-Godel Library.  Science time is all about learning how things work and doing an experiment or two. Each month we try a new set of experiments.

We have learned how to make raisins dance, make lava in a cup, and build a Fizz-inflator.  In July, Science Day was big hit with outdoor experiments "The Exploding Lunch Bag", a "Balloon Rocket" and of course the "Mentos Geyser." In August experiments included a "Color Symphony" and a Three Layer Float experiment. We finished with everyone making a "Glitter Globe".

In June we started with 14 kids, July we had 12 and in August we had 18. Over-all this has been a big hit for all who have attended.
