Stompin' up a Storm!

NJ State TriFundraising for Stomp the Monster didn't stop with the hugely successful 1st Annual Stomp the Monster™ 5K in May. Not by a long shot!  Here are some of the OTHER things that have been going on.

  • NJ State Triathlon: Tiffany Brennan, Sharon Browning, Shara Rudner, and Karolyn Wcisilo completed the NJ State Triathlon sprint event on behalf of Stomp the Monster, while Jennifer Silverman completed the olympic distance event.   Jen raised $1500, and all together these amazing women raised $2300!!
  • Barclay Farm Swim Club: In June, the Barclay Farm Swim Club in Cherry Hill, with help form Stomp the Monster, ran a swim-a-thon that raised more than $1400, with some of it going to a local cancer patient who needed  help.
  • Tenesee kids: An amazing group of 35 children in Nashville, TN participated in several kids' triathlons this summer with many top finishers. They collected over $2500 for STOMP The Monster! Way to go Nashville Kids STM Tri Team.  Check out their picture on FB.
  • Cedar Hill SwimathonCedar  Hills Swim-a-thon: In July, the kids and families of the Cedar Hill Club in Somerset NJ participated in their annual Swim-a-Thon for Charity.  Swimmers and divers raised $1700 to benefit - you guessed it - Stomp the Monster. Go kids!

How do STOMP the Monster™ volunteers decide who, when, and how to help? Anyone affected by cancer and in need of assistance is encouraged to submit an Application For Support (which can be found at stompthemonster.org on the "Contact Us" page).

STOMP the Monster™ volunteers are looking forward to helping those affected by cancer when they need it most!
