5K, Fun Run and Kids' Stomp Info - May 2011

Greetings!

This is the final pre-event update for people who have registered for the inaugural Stomp the Monster 5K run and festival set for May 15th (this Sunday) in Marlboro.  This message includes information on the event (see the next block in this message) - as well as a couple of important points & key reminders.

But, before getting to that - congratulations on choosing to become part of this!  You're helping a great cause to take off, and are part of the amazing response that Stomp the Monster has generated.  Nearly 1000 people are participating, with over 700 pre-registered for the 5K alone.  We've also had a huge response from sponsors, and many of you have done an incredible job fundraising - some of you have raised more than $4000 each!  You all have our heartfelt thanks, and we're looking forward to an incredible day that none of us will forget.

OK... lets get down to business.  Please check out the event information below, and in particular note the following points:

  • Event is rain or shine
  • Prize drawing for fundraisers
  • Carpool options from Brooklyn
  • Raffle information
  • Bring your ID
  • Follow police directions when parking

For the very latest updates, check the event website.
