 Well here we are again at the end of another year! 2010 was an exciting one.... The following are some highlights! �We added EAM/MOSCA to our vendor list...This line has been a nice "value added" to discuss with current customers and offer new prospects. �We got appointed to be the exclusive agent for Ravenwood Packaging, covering Maryland to Maine in the United States. Ravenwood Packaging is the manufacturer of a Linerless Labeling System.  As many of you already know every year, the Wexler Team goes bowling to celebrate the holidays! It is always a blast...Here are the results for this years competiton...
For the first time ever we have Co-Champions. "The Road Clan" won game 1 and total pins and "The Linerle$$ Legion" won games 2 and 3
The following are the awards presented:
High Game - Another Tie - Larry "Lefty's Rule" Chylak & Bob "Creaking Chair" Gardner - 180
High Series - Larry totaled 515 pins for a 172 average
Most Improved - Amy "I Got This" Gianfrancesco - 45 pins
Most Consistent - Justin "Call Me Daddy" Ryan - 22 pins
Spirit Award - Joe "The Whip" Ambrose - for giving high fives

Sign Up Now! 3rd Annual Service Training |
 The dates have been set for the 2011 service training at Wexler Packaging Products, in Hatfield, PA.
Each machine family will have a one day session. You may attend multiple days if you wish to learn more than one line of equipment. Operator training will cover set-up, use, and typical fault finding that would be required for the daily use of the machine. Lunch is included!

Building Success with Referrals |
In this New Year, it is important to think about how we are getting and creating business relationships.
Have you ever thought about "giving" to "get?"
Referrals are a key element to success. Challenge yourself to build a network of people that you know who has a great product or service.
Are you unfamiliar with giving referrals? Consider practicing in everyday life. When you are at a party, a PTO meeting, charity event, etc.
Think about intention. If you intend to give a referral to get one, you may be surprised at what actually happens.

5 Easy Steps to Keeping Your CE 240/30 & CE 340/30 Running Smoothly
Every two weeks open the machine & complete the following:
1. Remove banding material debris and dust,also any loose "premature bands" small loops.
2. Blow the machine out using compressed air.
3. Check for broken or worn parts (springs, rollers, cutter etc.)
4. Oil the machine using the supplied "Zoom Spout Oil" or fine machine oil. ABSOLUTELY NO GREASE!!!
5. Once a year send the machine back to Wexler for general maintenance.
The information above can also be found in the manual under maintenance.
If "Zoom Spout Oil" is needed, please contact our service department for your complementary bottle of oil and copy of the maintenance instructions.
As always the Service Department asks that you give us a call before making any repair or adjustment to your machine.
