As the Season Winds Down, Some Dates to Remember  We are still busy sending our paddlers and talking fishing and trip routes daily. In about 10 days, the canoe country will quiet down a bit. It is a great time for smallies as well as a little bit of solitude. Think about heading north and squeezing in another trip. Following are some dates to remember. Last night in the Paddler's Lodge for 2010...September 26, Last Towboat Ride Across Sag in 2010...October 1, Last Cabin Rental in 2010....September 20. And if you really want to experience the full moon over the Boundary Waters Lakes, try August 24 or September 23rd for an unforgettable time. |
