What does this change mean for you?
More Resources and Support: As a local solutions provider with offices in Australia and New Zealand, it means that Forpoint Solutions can offer you even greater local support. We have an experienced team of support, consultants and an account management team that can help you get the most of out of your Kypera solutions.
Maintenance and Communication: From April 1, 2011 you will now receive your maintenance renewals and communications from Forpoint Solutions New Zealand rather than Kypera New Zealand via the usual process.
Customer Support: You will continue to get local New Zealand support by either phoning or emailing per the below details.
