Pro-Staged Homes Sell 78% Faster
According to a recent report released by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), both vacant and occupied homes that are professionally staged sell 78 percent faster--an average of 40.5 days on the market staged. These statistics were based on a survey of RESA members across North America during 2009.
The report also notes that staging is the Number 2 home improvement in terms of ROI, according to a 2009 study of real estate agents by Home Gain.
