At Y Gen Out Loud, our focus this year is on Gen Y who are making a difference in organizations across the spectrum. Weaved into our coverage of political, social, and cultural issues will be interviews with young people from Texas and across the country who are putting their mark on industries, nonprofits, and government. Creating Gen Y Entrepreneurs
from Non-Business Majors
Jordana Jaffe knows a thing or two about being an entrepreneur. The 27-year-old New Yorker has founded two companies in the past three years, with the most recent one, Embarkability, focusing on empowering and teaching young women from across the country how to start their own businesses.
Jordana joins Keeping Up with Gen Y to explain how a lack of business know-how shouldn't prevent Gen Y from pursing their start-up dreams. Just because you're not born into entrepreneurship doesn't mean you can't create your perfect job.
