Preliminary Exhibitor List for 2012 Midwinter Clinic!
The VDDS Annual Conference and Tradeshow, Midwinter Clinic, set for Friday, December 7 at the Westin Bayshore, is VDDS' premier event of the season for the dental community and you don't want to miss out! If you have not yet registered for Midwinter Clinic but intend on doing so, please download our Registration Form and fax or e-mail it back to our office as soon as possible.
Our Exhibitor List to date is now on our website. If you have already registered, please check our List to make sure that your company name is included. We will be doing our booth assignment in October, so please look for confirmation, booth number and shipping information by the end of October. Please e-mail the office with any questions or concerns.
VDDS welcomes exhibitors to the whole day's activities, including the festive Midwinter Luncheon. In addition to the luncheon, our ONE price includes an 8X10 draped exhibit booth on fully carpeted floor area, as well as a skirted 6ft. display table and two fabric chairs. Also included is electrical power in every booth.
