Spring at IYCD!
BKS
Change is inevitable, witness the weather.  Reality is inevitable, but it is really ln how we approach the situation.  Yoga teaches us to see the situation with a fresh perspective.  For example when your teacher is absent, take the opportunity to receive the yoga  with a new fresh perspective.  Coming to class and maintaining your yoga practice is a healthy approach.  Prashant Iyengar succinctly says: "Alignment of the body is a fallacy.  "Alignment of the body is never possible. What the body has on one side it does not have on the other side. The left figuration and form is different to the right. Ultimately it is all an alignment of the mind."  Align your mindbody to face the inevitable life changes.

April brings wondrous showers of moisture to our environment.  Our
Aoril calendar offers many opportunities to nourish and heal your
mindbodyspirit.  The workshops are listed below.  April 22nd is Earth Day.  Let's nourish our mother earth, plant a seedling.  Make an offering.  You can check out local activities: click Earth Day Denver.
We will be offering the appropriate Earth Day asanas during this month.  The Sunday Free Community class is an appropriate opportunity to offer your offerings.
