Community Health Presentations Free workshops offeredAs a public service, Poet's Seat Health Care Center is offering free health presentations to educate the public about health care issues. The three 40-minute workshops are: - Balance Screening. This presentation provides education about balance and falls prevention, general safety and good
health, and Poet's Seat's rehabilitation programs. Participants will be offered free balance testing and predictions about
personal fall risk recommendations for improvement.
- Breathe Easy Screening.

self-care for those with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease).

little time to plan ahead is important. This short workshop helps participants get
