Mission UpReach depends on monthly donations from a large number of supporters, each one giving what they can. We also depend on lump sum annual contributions without which it would be impossible for us to meet all of the ministry needs that we service like this 18 year old mother of two who walked three hours to our clinic in La Jigua, Copán because her 10 month old son was dying of dehydration and malnutrition.
