The summer/pre-fall 2012 collection is ablaze with artistic references that reflect Lauren Mosh's style of artwork. '60's and '70's references, music, animals, Mother Nature, love and symbolic graphics are the reoccurring themes found in the artist's mindful masterpieces. With her innovative vision, emotionally driven imagination and subliminal messages the season is ignited with Moshi's intricate drawings which include the Stripe Star, Leopard Head, Broken Butterfly, Horn, Hippie, Record, Wolf Head and Paisley Heart.
With an emphasis on art, the designs give character to the fashion-forward cuts of tanks, tees, cardigans, ponchos, dresses, sweaters, shorts, sweatpants and sweatshirts as well as a covetable line of tote bags. From racerback twist tanks, short sleeve tail raglans, oversized hooded ponchos, bell sleeve cardigans and curved hem tank dresses, Lauren Moshi's array of silhouettes are endless. Meticulous attention to detail are evident with the line's unique rouching, twisting, tail hemline and curved hemline. Utilizing a color palette of black, white, gunmetal, lily and heather grey, the artwork adorns the pieces not only in black and white but is also enhanced through color with metallics, pastels, neutrals and brights.

Neutral hued, honeycomb-textured knits are shaped into an array of fitted to loose sweaters. The honeycomb pattern, a design that gained popularity in the 1960's reflects the bohemian aesthetic of the brand. Stitched together with natural almost honey colors as well as using a darker contrasting option black, the knits are made in three different silhouettes: the Kendall Long Sleeved Sweater, Trinity Oversized Sweater Cape and Naomi Oversize V-Neck Sweater. Lightweight and airy, the fabric is semi-sheer allowing one to layer or wear alone.
Channeling a vintage vibe with big floral patterned doily-like lace, Lauren Moshi injects a romantically feminine and totally boho-chic element to the summer collection. Sultry yet sporty, retro yet modern, lace-made pieces steer the collection in a new direction while maintaining its essence. Styles such as the Cleo Lace Tank, Sage Bell Sleeve Cardigan and Athena Lace Poncho are made in a color palate consisting of black, cream and blush.
