Greetings!

Thanks to those who were able to attend Bikram Choudhury's lecture and book signing last weekend in Northville. It was a great turnout, with over 370 yoga students and teachers from all over Michigan, as well as Chicago and Toronto.

We were happy to see such an enthusiastic crowd, and even more happy that you could personally experience Bikram, who created this system of yoga that transforms lives, develops health and vitality, all to help us live a long, long healthy life.

After the lecture, it took nearly 2.5 hours (until midnight) to finish the book signing, because most of the crowed stayed to meet
Bikram and have their book signed. Thanks everyone for your patience!

Schedule Changes

Starting November 1st, 2011 the following schedule changes will be made. We hope these changes will provide greater class time convenience for many yoga students. As always, stay tuned on our website schedule page and our Facebook page for important updates.

Farmington Hills Studio:
  • Tuesday & Thursday - new 6am class will replace the current 7am

Troy Studio: 

  • Tuesday & Thursday - new class times of 9am & 11am will replace the current class times of 8am and 10am  
  • Monday & Wednesday - new class time will be offered at 1:00pm

  

Student of the Month

We are happy to honor Erin Spencer as our October Student of the Month. We are very grateful to Erin for sharing her experiences and insights into the healing power of Bikram Yoga. This is a must-read for all types of yoga students... from the hopeful new student, to the 'on and off again' occasional practitioner, to the experienced 'regular', and for anyone who has struggled with health problems, long-term or short-term. Please enjoy, and when you see Erin at the studio, thank her for sharing and inspiring us all.

Congratulations to Bikram Yoga student  Linda Kaminski for her new book "You Gotta Eat!"

We are excited that Linda will host a Healthy Living Seminar at our Farmington Hills studio on Saturday, November 5th, at noon.
