"Children are the future of fishing," Damon Spring, Aquatic Education Coordinator for the Wildlife Department, said. We need to get them involved any chance we get. These clinics give us the chance to introduce those young and old to the sport." Children have to be able to cast a pole in order to attend. Poles will be provided. Participation is limited, so if you have a child that would like to attend, please call the Pawnee Bill Ranch at (918)762-2513.
While you are at the Pawnee Bill Ranch, take some time to see the new buffalo babies! It is a fun and exciting time to see the herd and there is a lot of extra traffic now that the calves are wobbling around. |
