Free Annual Easter Egg Run

Pioneer Woman Museum

April 23, 2pm  Ponca City, OK

Ladies, put on your best sunbonnets, and gentlemen pull up your britches!  It's time to get ready for the 3RD ANNUAL FREE EASTER EGG RUN at the Pioneer Woman Museum, Saturday, April 23, 2011, at 2 p.m.  The run will be divided into two territories, with one area for the toddler to pre-school age group, and a second area for elementary school children up to age 10.  Over 1000 eggs will be hidden on the lawn to be claimed.  The Run will start promptly at 2pm. Please bring your own basket. This is a family event.  All children must be accompanied by an adult.

In the event we experience inclement weather, the run will be postponed.  Check www.pioneerwomanmuseum.com for up to date information regarding weather plans.  Check our EVENTS link on Facebook.

Donations are still being accepted at the museum for plastic eggs and individually wrapped candies - no hard candies please.  We want every child to go home with eggs in his or her basket.

Volunteers welcome!  We need people to help us "hide" eggs, and to man the perimeters to discourage "sooners".  Please call Jean or Rosalie at (580)765-6108 for more information, and to register as a volunteer.
