Make a Light Banner

Oklahoma History Center

Saturday, November 6, 2010, 10am to 3pm

This is a hands-on bees' wax candle making event that is included with your museum admission. You and each member of your party will have the opportunity to personally make a historic candle. All of the equipment and materials will be provided by the museum. You can make a candle by pouring wax into a mold, by dipping a wick into melted wax, or by rolling a sheet of bees' wax over a wick. Best of all you can take it home. You'll have fun, learn something, and you will have a unique candle to take with you.
