Thank You for advertising on the Abadiania Web Portal. This Newsletter is to keep you posted on the progress we make with the Portal. We will report on our accomplishments each quarter as well as give you some insight into our strategy for the following quarter.

Off to a Great Start
 Abadiania Web Portal was officially placed online at the end of September 2009. In just a few months we have received over 18,000 visitors to our website. Many reservations for Pousadas and rental homes have been placed through the portal. We have begun to use newsletters to communicate with our readers and keep them informed of the latest developments in Abadiania. We recently published our 4th issue and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. The percentage of Opens and Clickthoughs. (How Newsletter effectiveness is measured.) is more than double the average of any newsletter category. We also have received our first favorable international review by the LONDON REVIEWER. We received their highest rating of 5 out of 5 Stars. This is a great accomplishment for site just coming out of the gate. Click the link below If you want to read the full review. Strategy for Success
We are working on a multi-level strategy to increase the visibility of the Portal. - Level 1 - Increase the visibility of the Portal among People who know or have been to the Abadiania.
- Level 2 - Generate programs to motivate people to refer the portal to their friends.
- Level 3 - Increase the Visibility of the Portal through Internet Search Engines. We will primarily target natural Searches and complement those with advertsing where appropriate. This targets people who are aware of the existance of the Casa or JOG or Abadiania but do not know how to get here.
- Level 4 - Increase The visibility of the Portal through Other Media such as Magazine Articles, Advertising or Trade Shows in the healing area. This targets raising the awareness about Abadiania, the Casa and Crystal Bed Treatments among people who have an affinity with alternative healing but may not be aware of the existence of John of God, the Casa and Crystal Beds.
- Level 5 - General Media - At this time we have no plans to target the general media. We believe that advertising in the general media is not an effective use of resources for the portal.
We anticipate that during the first 6 months of 2010 we are focusing almost exclusively on levels 1 and 2. In the second half of 2010 we will begin to focus on level 3. We believe that in Early 2011 our major focus will be on Level 3 and in late 2011 we will be focusing more on Level 4. |
