 Hello to all those who Imbibe,
With so many amazing wines, beers and spirits arriving at Imbibe every week, we think that the only thing hotter than the weather is our weekly email!
To start with a bang, I just secured an incredible purchase of some 2005 Sine Qua Non Atlantis Syrah (100/100 WA) and Atlantis Grenache (97/100 WA). The cult wines of Manfred Krankl tend to be a little pricey, but for quality wines like these you would be hard pressed to find a better deal. Normally these wines sell for over $500 dollars each.  And while we're talking about amazing wine, the new 2009 vintage of Orin Swift's Papillon just hit the floor this week. This is a complex blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and other Bordeaux varietals from the producer of The Prisoner and Mercury Head. Supple with sweet tannins, lush black cherry and black currant flavors mingle with toasty oak. This is usually a wine that only stays in stock for about a month, so come and get yours today! $54.99
 Also in is the 2009 Ridge Estate Cabernet, which, following a great vintage like 2008, is nicely surprising us with it's favorable comparison. This wine is both complex and compelling with a wonderful bouquet of sweet herbs, tobacco and dark red fruit. As if the flavors are not enough, this wine has some of the silkiest tannins that I've tasted in a while. A new favorite of the Wine Advocate, this one has been filling our glasses regularly as well. Very limited - $39.99
  And last but not least we just received our allocation for both the 2010 Roar Chardonnay Sierra Mar Vineyard ($44.99) and the 2010 Booker White Wine ($49.99). These are both extremely coveted wines from amazing producers and will disappear quickly. Stop by as soon as possible if you even want a chance at these ones.
