Hello to all those who Imbibe,

  

   A new year has begun and we at Imbibe Wine would like to start off by saying "Thank You" to all those who have supported us over the past few years. We have done our best to bring you the top wine, beer and spirits shop in the Central Valley and we look forward to many years ahead! 

   To help assist with your wine purchases this year, we have put together our Top 100 Wines of 2012. We have done our best to not only fill the list with wines of the utmost value, but to also find wines that will be available for the first few months of the year.    And what would a great list of wines be without a tasting event to showcase each and every one. This year's event will be held at Imbibe Wine & Spirits on January 21st from 1 - 4 pm. Your ticket includes the availability to taste all 100 wines on this year's list, one tasting glass and unlimited gourmet hors d'oeuvres provided by Moo Creamery. The cost for VIP Early Entry (1 pm) is $85 per person or $150 for two tickets, and for General Entry (2 pm) is $65 per person or $120 for two tickets. Tickets are on sale now and will disappear quickly within the next two weeks. This is an event that always sells out well before the day, so pick up yours today!

 

 

   For those beer-lovers in the audience, be sure to check out our event a week later featuring Imbibe's Top 25 Beers of 2012 on Saturday, January 28th from 1:30 - 4 pm. One ticket includes 25 tasting tickets, plus a gourmet taco plate provided by PM Custom Catering. Entrance fee is $35 per person or $60 for two tickets. This event is limited to the first 60 customers and will sell out. Pick up your tickets today!

 

   And last but not least, be sure to keep an eye on our emails because coming soon are "Weekly Daily Deals!"  Every week we will be offering one very special deal that is not to be missed.  The item must be purchased the day of the sale, so don't lose your chance!

Ladies and Gentlemen, the moment you have been waiting for all year has finally returned again.  In the tradition of finding the best values in wine available, we have spent the last year tasting through hundreds of wines in anticipation of our Top 100 Wines of 2012.  For those of you that were unable to attend last year's event, do not miss out again.  This year's event is limited to the first 150 lucky individuals with an optional VIP Early Entry. 
 
And as if 100 of the year's best wines are not enough, Moo Creamery has offered to provide the catering for this evening's event.  Though the final menu has not been decided, with their five-star caliber eats presented in the past, we can easily assure that the food alone will be worth the entrance fee.

Table Reservation Policy

Tables may be reserved for 4 - 20 guests per night. $40/table (four people max per table)
Reservation fee applied to purchases. No refunds, gift card or wine bar cards issued for unused balances.  No outside food is allowed at Imbibe unless prior arrangements are made with staff and the caterer is on-site. Advance reservations must be fully completed and paid prior to the day of the reservation. 48 hour cancellation notice is required for refund.
