Amazing Champagne Selection at Imbibe
We'll be open from 10 am to 10 pm on Friday, December 31st.

Champagne CelebrationHello To All Those Who Imbibe,

'Tis the season for Champagne and we've got the shelves fully stocked for whatever quality of bubbles you require.

For the true connoisseur, we suggest the best of the best: Taittinger's 1998 Comtes De Champagne ($149.99), Veuve Clicquot's 1998 La Grand Dame ($139.99), or Roederer's 2002 Cristal ($259).  All bottles are showing amazingly well and would be perfect to bring in the New Year.

If this weekend you are hosting a larger group, I recommend the 1999 Roederer Estate L'Ermitage (1.5L) magnum ($99.99).  This is the very bottle I used to ring in 2010 and I can't imagine a better drink for a crowd.  If interested, stop in soon because these large format bottles are very limited and will sell out.

For those looking for some of the best value sparklers under $30, Imbibe is the place for you.  A personal house favorite and one poured at many of Imbibe's events is the NV Varichon Blanc de Blancs ($10.99).  You will not find a better buy in sparkling wine anywhere.  And like many blanc de blancs, any leftovers the morning after will be great for mimosas.  Another option and one with a beautiful complexity and balance, is the 2006 Domaine Carneros Brut ($24.99).  Owned by the famous Taittinger Champagne House, Domaine Carneros produces some of the finest sparkling wines in America.  For the extra few dollars, this is a bottle that drinks well and will please many different palates.

Also, don't forget, the wine bar will be open until 10 p.m. on Friday, with live music from 6:30 - 9:30. so be sure to swing by, crack open a bottle of bubbles and get your New Year's Eve started off right.

From all of us at Imbibe to all of you Imbibers out there, have a happy, safe holiday and we look forward to seeing you in the New Year!
