Hello to All Those Who Imbibe,
Since Imbibe opened a year and a half ago, we've done our best to listen to you. We've tasted wines on your recommendations, we've added jazz two times a week to get the bar jumping, and we've tried to put together enough events to bring the wine and beer community to your doorstep. Well, Ladies and Gentlemen, we're going to give another one of your ideas a shot and see how it works out. Starting tomorrow, Friday, October 1st, Imbibe Wine will be extending its hours on Fridays and Saturdays until 10 p.m. These extended hours we hope will allow for more folks to spend a little extra time enjoying the company of friends or to stop in for a nightcap after dinner. Firestone-Walker Beer Run

Join us for a bus trip to the Firestone-Walker Brewery in Paso Robles on Sunday, October 10th. This will be a great opportunity to taste fantastic beers from one of the best brewers in our own backyard. Ticket cost covers the bus trip to the brewery, tour and tasting, plus 2 pints and pizza. Bus trip back to Bakersfield is included at no extra charge!

Meet, Greet & Eat: Clesi Wines
+ Pasta Night

$15 per person
Join Imbibe Wine in welcoming Owner/Winemaker Christopher Ferrara from 5 -8 p.m. to taste through the amazing group of wines from Clesi Wines. These wines are limited but will be available for purchase the night of the tasting. Taste all the wines for $15 and receive a credit of $15 on your purchase of threee or more bottles this evening.
And as if that's not enough, be sure to join us for Imbibe's Pasta Bar. $12 buys you a generous portion of pasta and one salad. PASTA BAR RESERVATION MUST BE PAID BY OCTOBER 12TH AT 5:00 P.M.

Mt. Veeder Winemaker Dinner

$69 per person
For the first time ever, the finest Mount Veeder producers are going on the road. Imbibe Wine & Spirits is proud to bring winery owners Betty O'Shaughnessy, Robert Craig, Karen Fontanella and Mary Yates to Bakersfield to showcase their amazing wines paired with a dinner prepared by Bakersfield Country Club. All the owners will be available to discuss their philosophies and answer questions.
