This last week we tasted some of the best 2007
Cabernets we've experienced so far this year and we had also the
opportunity to revisit one of the great 2005's.
2007 Far Niente Cabernet Sauvignon $89.99
We tasted the 2007 Far Niente Cabernet, which in my opinion
is the best they have ever made. The 2007 Vintage will go down in
California
history as one of the finest vintages ever.
2007 Dominus Estate Red $124.99
We also had a chance to taste the 2007 Dominus Estate Red, which
compares to the great 1991 & 1994 vintages. This wine is one of the
finest
in America, surely not to be missed. Suggested retail is $159; at Imbibe
we are
offering it for only $124.99 (very limited). The '07 is rated 98/100 by Robert Parker.
2005 Dominus Proprietary Red Wine $89.99
We've got a While It Lasts offer too. We revisited the 2005 Dominus and

First Annual Imbibe Beer Run: Join us for a trip to local Kern River Brewing Company on Sunday July 11th. This will be a great
opportunity to taste fantastic beers from a local establishment. Brew
master and owner Kyle will host us for a
tour of the facility and beer tasting. Lunch will follow with beer included.
We will depart from Imbibe at 10
am and return from Kernville when we've had enough (approximately 4-5 pm). Refreshments and snacks
will be provided on the bus.

Imbibe. Imbibe Customers were kind to our staff during our first year of business and we put all your tips into a jar. The only rule was we weren't going to count it until it was full. Thirteen months later, after a not-so-secret ballot of the top three ways to spend the moo-la, the entire Imbibe crew (current and former) and guests are going to travel in style to the central coast for some VIP treatment at area wineries and restaurants.
