2007 Napa Cabernet | 2007 Special Select Cabernet*

 * Recently rated 96/100 by Wine Spectator Magazine.

Limited to stock on hand.

Hello to all those who Imbibe,

No one has made better Cabernet longer than
David Dobbs
David
Caymus. The Wagner family started farming Napa just after the San Francisco earthquake of 1906. In 1960 Charlie Wagner pulled out fruit orchards to plant Pinot Noir, Riesling, and most significantly, a Cabernet Sauvignon clone from highly regarded grower Nathan Fay's Vineyard.

In 1975 the very first Special Selection Cabernet was introduced. In 1989 Wine Spectator named the 1984 Special Selection "Wine of the Year" and the rest is history.

2007 Caymus Cabernet Napa

The 2007 Napa Cabernet  shows aromas of pipecaymus logotobacco and sweet toasty brown spice with flavors of dark chocolate, sweet tobacco, mocha, leather, brown spice, cedar, vanilla and sweet licorice.

Imbibe price: $62 750ml |  $133 1.5L

2007 Caymus Cabernet Special Select

2007 Caymus Special Selection represents the finest wine lots of the vintage. Since 1975 this wine has been a benchmark of Napa Cabernet. The wine's rich deep ruby color reflects the depth this wine has to offer. Lush aromas of ripe black currant, black cherry and cedary oak add luxurious flavors of fully ripe cassis, wild red berry, mocha and light vanilla. The finish is velvety and seamless.

Don't wait, prices are good through the month of May or while supplies last.

Imbibe price: $109 750ml |  $299 1.5L | $599 3L
