Hello to all those who Imbibe,

I want to start by saying thank you to everyone who attended our first Bourbon tasting last week (a sellout!). We all learned a lot and had a good time while doing so.

Meet & Greet Mike Sinor

This week at the wine bar on Wednesday, April 7th from 5 - 8 p.m. you can meet and greet Mike Sinor winemaker of the wines of Ancient Peaks and Sinor-Lavallee. Mike will be pouring:

2008 Ancient Peaks Sauvignon Blanc
2007 Ancient Peaks Zinfandel
2007 Ancient Peaks Cabernet, and

2007 Sinor-LaVallee Pinot Noir San Luis County
2007 Sinor-LaVallee Pinot Noir Talley Rincon
2007 Sinor-LaVallee Pinot Noir Aubaine
2007 Sinor-LaVallee Syrah Luna Matta

These wines are very limited, but will be available for purchase the night of the tasting. Taste all seven wines for $15 and receive a credit of $5/bottle on your first three bottles purchased♠ that night.

Pasta Night at Imbibe Wine!

Wednesday the 7th will also be the first of our monthly Pasta Bars. $15 will buy you a generous portion of pasta, Caesar salad and a glass of red or white wine to accompany your meal. Though we'll have a few extra for those of you last minute folks, if you want to make sure you get a meal, pasta bar reservations must be paid by April 5th close of business. You won't want to miss this event!
