Hello to all those who Imbibe,
It's February; do you know what that means?
First, it means Silver Oak Winery has released their latest vintage of Napa Cabernet. The 2005 is currently available at Imbibe, with special pricing through the end of February.
Secondly, it means it is time for another installment of our beer producer meet and greets. This month we'll feature beers from Stone Brewing Company. Details below...come early!
The teaser of the day: coming up on March 31st - A Boutique Bourbon Tasting at The Bistro Restaurant. Details, pricing and reservation information will be announced soon.
And last, but certainly not least, a shout out to my good friend Mike who's hitting a milestone this week. Here's to another 50!
Keep Imbibing,
David

Silver Oak Winery Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley $79.99
Silver Oak Napa Cabernet is released in February . At Imbibe we're
offering the 2005 for only $79.99 (at the Winery it's $99 a bottle). We also have magnums at 159.99 and a 3 Liter at
$399 (regularly $499).
The 2005 Napa Valley is blended from several
selected vineyards in the appellation. The 2005 is 80% Cabernet, 10% Merlot, 7% Cab Franc and 3% Petit Verdot; the
wine is blended and transferred into 100% new American oak barrels before settling in to age for 25
months in barrel then another 20 months in the bottle, harmonizing its components before
release. Silver Oak Napa is their flagship wine; the 2005 is the finest of this
decade. This price is good through the end of the
