Notes from Mike Stepanovich's Bakersfield Wine Society newsletter, "Pat
Muleady, one of the Bakersfield Wine Society's founding board members and now
vice president of sales and marketing for MacRostie Winery & Vineyards in
Carneros, will be back in Bakersfield tomorrow, Friday, Nov. 20, pouring his
winery's renowned pinot noir and chardonnay at Imbibe from 5 to 8 p.m. If
you're familiar with MacRostie, you'll want to be there as you know the quality
of these wines. And if you're not familiar with them, you'll want to be there
for the same reason.
Many of you will remember that Pat and his wife, Martha, ran Sullivan's dress
shop in Bakersfield for many years before moving to Napa. Since then Pat has
been involved in the wine business, first at Pine Ridge, and for the past
several years at MacRostie."
