Greetings!
Details, Details!
Tonight, Imbibe will be at Moo Creamery pairing delicious sakes
with delicious food at
6:00 p.m.
and we'll have Kumi
Yamaguchi answering all your Sake questions. You'll get food, sake (and wine - keep reading) for only $45!
Many of you
have said "I don't like Sake". My reply is, "well, how would you know?" Most of you who have tasted sake before have probably had five
dollar Sake served warm (ugh) with some so-so food. That won't be your experience on Thursday...
Owner and Chef Richard Yoshimura is very excited to prepare some morsels for you that are not on Moo's regular
menu. Here's a preview:
Vegetable Spring Rolls with sesame ginger dipping sauce
Pork Egg
Rolls-with sweet and sour sauce
Beef
Tataki-seared beef wrapped anround mushrooms, cucumbers and daikon sprouts with
ponzu sauce
Asian
Spinach Salad- with napa cabbage, carrots, cashews, wonton skins and soy
vinaigrette
Karaage
Chicken-sake-marinated fried chicken
Chinese pork
Spareribs-with hoisin sauce
And here's how the deal just got better. After you try all the sakes, I will
have on hand some great wines from around the world for all to try. Look at this line-up:
2008 Peter
Lehmann Riesling Australia 91/10WS
2007 Frank
Family Chardonnay
2008 Pine Ridge
Chenin Blanc/Viognier
2007 Las
Rocas Garnacha 90/100WA
For
reservations call Imbibe @ 633-9463 or Moo Creamery@ 861-1130. Space is limited to the first 75 reservations, don't be left out!
Come Imbibe
